工具僅回傳 Roomnology 上已公開的內容——已發布、未刪除的論壇文章與留言。已刪除帳號的作者身分會被匿名化。不會揭露任何私訊、帳號資料或未發布內容。
為了服務穩定與防止濫用，我們保留有限的技術紀錄： - 被呼叫的工具及其頻率。 - 呼叫端 IP 位址與請求 trace ID（用於流量限制與防止濫用）。 上述紀錄保留 30 天，到期自動刪除，不另作長期歸檔。我們不保留搜尋查詢的內容。IP 位址在部分司法管轄區可能被視為個人資料；我們不要求也不收集帳號或個人檔案資訊，不建立使用者輪廓，也不嘗試記錄使用者意圖。
為保護服務可用性，請求會受到流量限制。來自單一來源的過量流量可能被限流或暫時封鎖。
我們不販售資料。技術紀錄僅交由營運與監控所必需的基礎設施處理（例如日誌與指標）。
所有傳輸皆以 HTTPS 加密。存取範圍僅限 Roomnology 的公開內容。
隨著 MCP 介面演進，我們可能更新本政策。重大變更會反映在本頁。

This policy applies to the Roomnology Model Context Protocol (MCP) server — a read-only interface that lets AI agents and connectors search and read public forum content. It is separate from the Roomnology mobile app, whose data handling is described at /privacy/roomnology.
The MCP server is read-only. It exposes only retrieval tools (list forums, search, list articles, read an article, list comments). It does not create, modify, or delete any content, and it requires no account or sign-in to use. Access does not require authentication, but limited technical records are retained as described in section 4.
Tools return only content that is already public on Roomnology — published, non-deleted forum articles and comments. Author identities of deleted accounts are anonymized. No private messages, account data, or unpublished content are ever exposed.
For reliability and abuse prevention we retain limited technical records: - The tool invoked and its frequency. - Caller IP address and a request trace ID (for rate limiting and abuse prevention). These records are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted, with no long-term archival. We do not retain the content of your search queries. IP addresses may be treated as personal data in some jurisdictions; we do not require or collect account or profile information, we do not build user profiles, and we do not attempt to record user intent.
Requests are rate limited to protect service availability. Excessive traffic from a single source may be throttled or temporarily blocked.
We do not sell data. Technical records are processed only by infrastructure necessary to operate and monitor the service (e.g. logging and metrics).
All communication is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access is scoped to public Roomnology content only.
We may update this policy as the MCP interface evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
