By downloading or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in whole or in part, you must not use the App.

This App offers interactive language learning features, including intelligent partner matching, real-time conversations, and multilingual support. Certain premium features require an in-app purchase (IAP) to access.

Premium features include:

• Detailed Answer Explanations: In-depth explanations for each question to enhance understanding.

• Solo Learning Mode: Learn independently without waiting for a conversation partner.

Available purchase plans:

• Monthly Plan: Subscription billed monthly, ideal for short-term intensive learners.

• Annual Plan: Subscription billed annually, offering better value than the monthly plan.

• Lifetime Access: One-time payment to unlock all premium features permanently.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions via your Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy, if applicable.

All content, code, UI design, and features within the App are the property of Lin or are legally licensed. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any part of the App without authorization.

You may not use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, system-disrupting, or rights-infringing activities. The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if any misuse is detected.

Premium features are provided through IAPs and billed via your App Store account. You may cancel at any time through your App Store settings. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Apple’s policies.

This App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

The developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In case of dispute, the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.

This App is available worldwide except in EU member countries. The App does not offer services to or collect personal data from users located in the European Union.
