1. Service Description
Jimo is a communication app for delayed delivery of handwritten letters. You can write on a canvas, schedule a time, and send to friends or your future self.
2. Account & Usage
You may use Guest mode or register an account. Guest account data is stored locally only; binding an account enables cross-device sync. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all handwritten content you create on Jimo. We only use your content to provide, maintain, and improve the service. You may delete your content and account at any time.
4. Privacy Protection
We value your privacy. Your handwriting data is encrypted during transmission and storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Code of Conduct
Do not use this service to send harassment, spam, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to take action against accounts that violate these guidelines, including suspension or termination.
6. Disclaimer
This service is provided "as is". We strive to maintain stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time in Settings. After deletion, there is a 30-day soft-delete window during which you can contact support to restore your account. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
